1. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive incorrect items (i.e., items that differ from your original order):
- We take full responsibility for the error.
- We will arrange for the incorrect items to be collected from your specified address.
- Correct replacements will be shipped promptly at no additional cost to you.
- All associated shipping charges (collection and redelivery) will be covered by gamescases.co.uk manage by Vision Warehouse.
2. Wrong Items Ordered by the Customer
If you mistakenly order the wrong items:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in unused and unopened condition.
- Replacements will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the replacement items.
- We are not liable for goods that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
3. Change of Mind (Unwanted Items)
If you no longer require the items you ordered:
- You may return them within 7 business days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- If we are required to collect the items, a collection fee will apply.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied, we may deduct the equivalent shipping cost from your refund.
- A restocking fee may apply for large quantity returns.
- Contact us prior to returning items for clarification and return authorization.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Goods made to order or customized to your specifications
- Digital/downloadable goods
- Items not in a resellable condition
5. Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Must be in original, unused, and unopened condition
- Must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
Any item returned that fails to meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
